Victories and Placings at CDI-W in Hungarian Kaposvar
The long travel from Winsen to Hungarian Kaposvar was rewarded eventually. After a short stay at Christina Pfistermüller's equestrian centre Donautal in Alkoven, Austria, the journey continued towards Lake Balaton. Part of the company were the horses Feleciano and Quantico and again Heike's student Pia Fortmüller with her Orion. The tournament started with Intermediaire II for Pia and Heike. Here, Heike and Feleciano prevailed and won this test with 70,15%. Pia and Orion came fifth.

In the Grand Prix the result was place two for Feleciano and Heike behind winner Ulla Salzgeber with Wakana. With Quantico she came fifth, and Pia and Orion ranked tenth. Really super it turned out for Quantico – in the Grand Prix Special the judges placed him first. On Sunday it was Floh's turn for the World Cup Freestyle. "I still used one of my older pieces of music for this tournament. Feleciano doesn't have a music of his own as yet. It doesn't match his rhythm one hundred percent but it's better than nothing," so Heike. The result: Place three and some World Cup points. Pia also rode her Orion very successfully and came fifth in the World Cup Freestyle with 67,86%. "All in all it was a very good result here in Hungary", Heike said afterwards."It is always great fun to come here even though the journey is really rather long. If it fits into my schedule I would like to come back next year". |
